MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe Caribbean people deserve a life that is more than just “surviving.”
We deserve joy, peace, and freedom.

I help you get there...

By combining neuroscience, compassion, and my own journey of breaking free from cultural conditioning.

MY STORY

Why this work is important to achieve your dreams and break free from generational trauma cycles.

When my first child was about two years old, I remember sitting home with him on just
another Sunday, dreading work the next day. My life felt like an endless routine of going to
work, taking care of the home, being a mom and repeat…with no real purpose or impact.

I started wondering, if I died tomorrow, would anyone even notice? I wasn’t planning to hurt myself, but the thought scared me. The moment my son called out to me, I snapped back to reality and was flooded with guilt for even thinking that way.

The very next day, I searched for a therapist. I had never tried therapy before (because I
always thought it was just for “crazy” people), but something in me knew I needed help.

Therapy really opened my world. It helped me to see how my upbringing had shaped the
person I was…but after a while, I started to feel stuck (again). I was releasing emotions in my sessions but going home with no tools to navigate the resentment I felt in my marriage to a man who was originally my best friend.

I didn’t know how to communicate differently with my husband or rebuild intimacy.

My work was to help Caribbean people all over the world see how our cultural beliefs have been holding us back…in love, in money, and in our self-worth.

That’s when I found the world of relationship coaching. I invested in my own coach, and what I learned changed everything. For the first time, I felt like I wasn’t just talking about my struggles…I finally had tools to create real change. That experience inspired me to study the art and science of relationships, practice consistently, and eventually get certified as a relationship coach myself.

As I began coaching, something became clear: I kept attracting Caribbean clients. And I noticed key differences between them and the non-Caribbean people in my network. There were these patterns, beliefs, and cultural conditioning that was just too strong to ignore.

I knew immediately that my calling was bigger than “just” coaching. My work was to help Caribbean people all over the world see how our cultural beliefs have been holding us back…in love, in money, and in our self-worth.

For years, I chased money and climbed the corporate ladder, only to feel empty. It wasn’t until I began healing my relationship with myself that I saw money differently… no longer as a measure of success, but as a tool for freedom. Ironically, that’s when I began attracting even more wealth…and went deeper into my studies of the “trauma of money” to better understand the root of it all.

Here’s what I discovered: it all starts in childhood! The way we were raised, the discipline we were taught to be proud of, the cycles we repeat without question… they have a huge impact on how we’re showing up today. Too many of us wear them as badges of honor, when in reality they are beliefs that keep us stuck.

That’s why I’ve vowed to raise my children differently. To break the cycle. To discipline without intentionally putting fear in them. To give them the freedom to be their true selves. To model what a healthy relationship looks like. And in that process, I’ve been finding my own healing as a parent and a wife.

This is the work I do. This is why I show up. Because I know what it feels like to survive but not live. And I know the freedom that comes when you finally rewrite your beliefs.

HERE’S WHY MY COACHING IS DIFFERENT

I don’t believe in quick fixes and I especially don’t believe in “just think positive.” Instead, I use brain-based tools, compassionate coaching, and cultural awareness to help you:

Understand how your brain formed its beliefs
Heal the wounds left by cultural trauma
Rewire your thoughts, emotions, and actions for lasting change

Please know that I am not trying to get you to abandon our Caribbean culture. Instead, my goal is to help you unlearn the parts that kept us in survival and embrace the parts that make us resilient, creative, and powerful.

I stand for abundance, generational healing, Caribbean unity and authenticity.

GENERATIONAL HEALING

"I believe true change begins with us. By breaking cycles of trauma, rewriting the beliefs we inherited, and raising our children differently, we create healthier families and communities. Healing ourselves is the greatest gift we can give to the next generation."

CARIBBEAN UNITY

"Our region is stronger when we rise together. No matter where in the world we live, Caribbean people carry a shared culture, history, and resilience. I envision a united Caribbean community that uplifts one another and shows the world what’s possible when we stand as one. "

AUTHENTICITY

"We were not meant to live small or hide behind roles, titles, or expectations. I stand for living in alignment with your true self…no masks, no people-pleasing and absolutely no shame. Freedom comes when you give yourself permission to be who you truly are. "

ABUNDANCE

"Scarcity is a lie we were taught. The truth is... there is more than enough! More than enough love, money, opportunity and joy for all of us. I believe in cultivating an abundance mindset so that we can thrive without guilt and share our blessings generously. "

MY VISION

"To see Caribbean people rise into powerful, united changemakers who uplift the region and inspire the world "
